Each year, the F+W Cincinnati office welcomes a limited number of students to spend a summer getting hands-on experience in the publishing arena.

Interns studying journalism or English may find work in magazine or book editorial, or as promotional copywriters in any of the product divisions. Art majors are involved with the design and production of space ads, brochures, direct mail packages, catalogs, flyers, and more. Since almost all of our marketing and promotion work is done in-house, opportunities exist in art and print production.

Requirements/ How to Apply:

The F+W internship program is offered during the summer months for students entering their 3rd or 4th year of college beginning mid-May or mid-June (depending on the schools schedule) and runs for 10-12 weeks. Relocation and housing are not provided by F+W.

If applying for an editorial internship please send two of your best writing samples (example: school newspaper or magazine article, term paper, a piece of fiction or non-fiction). Designers: please limit your submission to two of your best designs.
